Retirement System
The company provides retirement preparation funds and calculations and disbursements according to the Labor Standards Act. Additionally, according to the Labor Pension Act, 6% of monthly salary is contributed to the individual accounts of the Labor Insurance Bureau for employees who opt for the new system.
