To enhance the capabilities of our team members and maintain competitiveness, LDC Hotels & Resorts has established a training system based on the perspective of competency development. Tailored courses are designed according to the knowledge and skills required at different job levels, assisting employees in their continuous growth.
New Employee Training
In order to help new employees understand the company's characteristics and core values, and to quickly adapt to workplace norms and environments, we regularly conduct pre-job training. Adapting to the digital era and learning habits, we utilize e-Learning video courses to facilitate the learning process, accelerating the integration of new employees into the work trajectory.
Training Department
Since 2013, LDC Hotels & Resorts has implemented the Talent Development Quality Management System (TTQS) as the foundation for constructing a systematic training and development framework within the company. In 2016, we were awarded the Bronze Medal, and in the same year, we received the prestigious National Talent Development Award. In 2018, we further elevated TTQS to the Silver Medal. In conjunction with our expansion at the executive level, we introduced the most comprehensive human development system in the industry, the "LDC Five-Star Program." This initiative outlines a five-year medium to long-term strategy aimed at enhancing job-specific skills and fostering creativity.
