The total length of Sun Moon Lake is 33 kilometers. By the end of 2021, Fleur de Chine Hotel had successfully cleaned the entire lake and continued their passionate cleaning efforts in 2022. In addition to this effort by employees every Friday, they also called on the public to participate after the Sun Moon Lake Swimming Carnival, restoring the cleanliness of Sun Moon Lake after the large-scale event. They also collaborated with volunteers, village heads, and township heads to clean the Ita Thao and Shuishe Village for a cleaner home together.
In 2022, the cleaning activities had involved over 857 participants and collected a total of 1,423 kilograms of waste. Fleur de Chine Hotel hopes to lead by example, calling on the public and guests to join in, to provide local residents and customers with a clean and beautiful natural environment, and jointly protect the beautiful Sun Moon Lake.
